Austin is Austin.  You've heard about it.  Waymo cars make me irrationally angry.  Found Austin a bit stale for our free day, so we hopped down to San Antonio for lunch & a Buc-ee's stop.  Never again on a Sunday.  

Corner Restaurant.  Great spot at the JW.  Maybe that hooker will be there when you go.

Caroline/*Upstairs @ Caroline.  It's nice.  Only drank here, though.  Menu looks awesome.  They have a pool table upstairs, so they get an asterisk.

Lonesome Dove.  Incredible steak, menu & atmosphere.  Go see em!

*Punch Bowl Social.  Electronically scored real darts.  Was hard to leave.  Great chicken Caesar, too!

Red River Diner.  Great little diner just off campus.
