I haven't actually been to Kingston Springs proper.  We went for a specific dining experience and boy was it worth it!  Beautiful drive from Nashville, too.

Yorkshire Deli.  Absolutely amazing!  Scotch Egg Plate, Beans on Toast & Tomato Pie.  All to die for.  Facility is amazing, as well.  Highest of recommendations!
