Just go.  It's beautiful.  Lots of small towns in a row on the AL/FL panhandle.  Get in the water!  Warm water oysters come from basically right there, so indulge!

Felix's Fish Camp.  Off the causeway in the middle of Mobile Bay.  100% worth the drive.

*Crab Trap Perdido Key.  Another banger!

Original Oyster House.  You really can't miss down there.
