FRANKLIN
Franklin | Tennessee

This is my hometown. So blessed to have grown up here, just took a long time out west to realize it. My heart will always reside here. Franklin City Council has done an amazing job of keeping Franklin intact despite a ton of growth. Truly quintessential southern town.
Gray's On Main. Absolute must. Was an actual pharmacy back in the day and they've done a wonderful job in all aspects of the swap to restaurant.
Landmark Booksellers. Wonderful establishment created by a good friend of my dad's and my family.
The Factory. Really cool revamp of an old factory. Definitely worth a visit.
Etch [at The Factory]. Amazing restaurant. Second location for them and as top notch as the original!
Carter House. Civil War battleground site. Still has blood on the floor and bullets in the walls. Definitely worth seeing.
Salvo's Pizza. By the slice. Some of the best, if not THE best, I've ever had. Big slices, thin crust. A Franklin must!
The Rutledge. Not downtown, and somewhat oddly placed, but it's excellent. Way nicer than what I was expecting when I went randomly one day.
Tupelo Honey. Excellent breakfast spot in Cool Springs.
LFD House of Spirits. A beautiful new addition to Main Street. Tasting room for Leiper's Fork Distillery with an amazing menu and an absolutely gorgeous buildout! Graduated high school with the architect and was two years behind the wife of the husband and wife team that owns the whole operation. Absolute diamond!
